Rights and obligations of insured persons Medical Services Contracted with CAS Iași

Information CAS Tax Credit

ELYTIS Hospital also provides consultations on the basis of a referral note, with payment through the Health Insurance House. The contract with the CAS supports patients who wish to benefit from integrated services offered by the ELYTIS Hospital team with extensive experience in the private medical system. The high performance equipment and the experience of the medical staff are the guarantee of a correct and fast diagnosis, an adequate treatment and a short recovery.
Thus, any patient who presents to ELYTIS Hospital with a referral for medical services or with an admission note from the family doctor or specialist will be able to benefit from those medical services according to the ongoing contract with CAS.

Documents required for the provision of medical services:

- Identity card
- Referral/recommendation for a specialist or family doctor's referral for a specialist examination/inpatient check-up from a specialist or family doctor in a contractual relationship with the CAS.
- Proof of insurance status (proof of employment, school or student certificate, pension voucher or insurance certificate).
